Ripoff!

Tonight, mommy and daddy went to the roller derby. They should have brought me!

As an aside, it was the 5-year anniversary of their dating.

Vegas without the Bubba?

Does this sound fair to you? Mommy and Daddy spent the whole weekend in Las Vegas – without me!

They left me in SF with Grandma and Grandpa Dougherty. I had an excellent time with them. I was always well-fed and taken care of. They took me to the library and park, read to me, and helped me with my walking. I feel really bad about the diaper blowout; I shouldn’t have done that.

My parents were in LV for the wedding of Barb Smith and Phil Gordon, two excellent people who I haven’t seen in a long time.

To everyone’s amazement, the only gambling was at the airport where Mommy won $10. Dad didn’t even play poker.

Easter

Had a big party at the house w/ lots of aunts and uncles - Ellen, Erika, Torie, Duke, Nicole, & Dorian. Aunt Ellen brought a ham and it was tasty. Dad senselessly hit some eggs, but I'll care more when I can walk and eat candy.
We had a little poker tournament - while Ellen fought hard, she was no match for Duke.
